When I’m joking with you and your guests, watching your mom cry happy tears during your first dance, and capturing one of the most important days of your lives, I feel so incredibly lucky that I get to be a part of such beautiful memories for so many people. Honestly, who else can say that? I love being a happy, positive presence throughout the day. Someone who makes things simpler and who puts everyone at ease. In the moment it feels like what I was made to do.

When I planned my wedding, I made all the invitations and signage myself because I wanted all the fonts to match (I was a graphic design major, what can I say?). If I’m making dinner, it’s not just a stir fry, it’s honey coconut cashew chicken stir fry. I love creating, so I can’t help but go above and beyond.

I can’t say I ever planned on having five cats, but Magnus, Thea, Nyx, Titus, and Flynn have brought the cutest kind of fluffy chaos into our little home and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

There are few things I love more than exploring a new city with my history nerd husband, and then ending the day with dinner and drinks. So far we’ve checked Italy, Spain, and Portugal off our bucket lists … but the list just keeps getting longer.
